【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthealkalinephosphataseactivityinpasteurizedwholemilk,semi-skimmedmilk,skimmedmilk,creamandflavouredmilksusingachemiluminescent(EPAS)method.Themethodisapplicabletomilkandmilk-baseddrinksfromcows,sheep,buffaloandgoats.Themethodisalsosuitableforanyliquid-basedsampleifdilutedinsuchawaythatthedilutedalkalinephosphataseactivityhaslessthan7000milliunitsperlitre.NOTETherehasbeenasuccessfulcollaborativetrialwithcow,sheep,buffalo,andgoatwholemilk,aswellasskimmedcowmilk(<0,5%fat),20%fatcreamand2%fatchocolatemilk(allmassfractions).
