【摘要】:Splicingofcablesintheshipbuildingindustry,bothinNavyandcommercialundertakings,hasbeenconcentratedinrepair,conversion,oroverhaulprograms.However,manycommercialindustries,includingaerospaceandnuclearpower,havestandardsdefiningcablesplicingmethodsandmaterialsthatestablishthequalityofthesplicetopreventlossofpowerorsignal,ensurecircuitcontinuity,andavoidpotentialcatastrophicfailures.ThisguidepresentscablesplicingtechniquesandhardwareforapplicationtocommercialandNavyshipbuildingtosupporttheconceptofmodularshipconstruction.Thisguideresultedfromastudythatevaluatedthevariousmethodsofcablesplicing,currenttechnologies,priorstudiesandrecommendations,performancetesting,andtheexpertiseofmanufacturersandshipbuildersinactualcablingsplicingtechniquesandprocedures.Theuseofthisguidebyashipbuilderwillestablishcablingsplicingsystemsthatare:simpleandsafetoinstall;waterproof,corrosion,andimpactresistant;industryacceptedwithmultiplesuppliersavailable;low-costmethods;andsuitableformarine,Navy,andIECcables.1.1Thisguideprovidesdirectionandrecommendscablesplicingmaterialsandmethodsthatwouldsatisfytherequirementsofextensivecablesplicinginmodularshipconstructionandofferssufficientinformationanddatatoassisttheshipbuilderinevaluatingthisoptionofcablesplicingforfutureshipconstruction.1.2Thisguidedealswithcablesplicingatagenericlevelanddetailsamethodthatwillsatisfythevastmajorityofcablesplicingapplications.1.3Thisguidecoversacceptablemethodsofcablesplicingusedinshipboardcablesystemsandprovidesinformationoncurrentapplicabletechnologiesandadditionalinformationthattheshipbuildermayuseindecisionmakingforthecosteffectivenessofsplicinginelectricalcableinstallations.1.4Thisguideislimitedtoapplicationsof2000Vorless,butmostofthematerialsandmethodsdiscussedareadaptabletohighervoltages,suchas5-kVsystems.Thecablesofthisguiderelatetoallmarinecables,domesticandforeign,commercialorU.S.Navy.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsshallberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareinch-poundunitsandareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicationofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesignallingprotocolforthesupportofnameidentificationsupplementaryservicesattheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINXs)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).ThenameidentificationsupplementaryservicesareCallingNameIdentificationPresentation(SS-CNIP)andConnectedNameIdentificationPresentation(SS-CONP).CallingNameIdentificationPresentation(CNIP)isasupplementaryservicewhichisofferedtothecalleduserandwhichprovidesthenameofthecallinguser(callingpartyname)tothecalleduser.ConnectedNameIdentificationPresentation(CONP)isasupplementaryservicewhichisofferedtothecallinguserandwhichprovidestothecallinguserthefollowing:-thenameoftheuserwhoanswersthecall(connectedpartyname);-optionallythenameofthealertinguser(calledpartyname);-optionallythenameofthecalleduserwhocannotbereached(busypartyname).ThesupplementaryserviceCalling/ConnectedNameIdentificationRestriction(CNIR)hasnoimpactonthesignallingatQreferencepoint.Provisionofauser'snametothePISNisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ServicespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinETS300387.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinISO/IEC13864.ThesignallingprotocolforSS-CNIPandSS-CONPoperatesontopofthesignallingprotocolforbasiccircuitswitchedcallcontrol,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,andusescertainaspectsofthegenericproceduresforthecontrolofsupplementaryservicesspecifiedinISO/IEC11582.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesadditionalsignallingprotocolrequirementsforthesupportofinteractionsatQreferencepointbetweennameidentificationsupplementaryservicesandothersupplementaryservicesandANFs.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichcanbeinterconnectedtoformaPISN.
