【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsforsecondarysteelmakingmachineryandequipment(SSE)asdefinedin3,1totreatliquidsteelThisEuropeanStandardcoversmachineryandequipmentinvolvedinthetreatmentprocessofliquidsteelundervacuumoratmosphericpressureThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventspertinenttoSSE,whenusedasintendedandunderconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer,butalsoincludesforeseeablefaultsandmalfunctionsincaseofmisuse.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementstoensurethesafetyofpersonswhicharetobemetduringthedesign,assembly,transport,commissioning,operation,maintenanceanddecommissioningoftheequipmentThisEuropeanStandardassumesthatSSEareoperatedandmaintainedbyadequatelytrainedandcompetentpersonnel.Manualinterventionforsetting,adjustmentandmaintenanceisacceptedaspartofthenormaluseoftheequipmentNOTE1AnnexBshowsexamplesofSSEThefollowingequipmentisnotcoveredbythescopeofthisEuropeanStandard:cranes;forklifttrucksorothertransportingequipment;--ladles;equipmentforreliningandpreheatinginthereliningarea:--burnersaccordingtoEN7462;--dustandfumeexhaustsystemsNOTE2Significanthazardsandhazardoussituationsduetotransporting/positioningofheavycomponents,eg.,bycranes(e.g.,ladies,vessels,covers)areconsideredinthisstandard(see5.2.3).ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoSSEmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardintheOfficialJournal.
