【摘要】:ISO21149:2006givesgeneralguidelinesforenumerationanddetectionofmesophilicaerobicbacteriapresentincosmetics:bycountingthecoloniesonagarmediumafteraerobicincubation,orbycheckingtheabsenceofbacterialgrowthafterenrichment.Becauseofthelargevarietyofcosmeticproductswithinthisfieldofapplication,thismethodmaynotbeappropriateforsomeproductsineverydetail(e.g.certainwaterimmiscibleproducts).Othermethods(e.g.automated)maybesubstitutedforthetestspresentedhereprovidedthattheirequivalencehasbeendemonstratedorthemethodhasbeenotherwisevalidated.Ifneeded,microorganismsenumeratedordetectedmaybeidentifiedusingsuitableidentificationtestsdescribedinthestandardsgivenintheBibliography.
